Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed on Furnlane.com are solely for use in India. Those who wish to access this site from other location/country other than India, do so on their own initiative and Furnlane.com is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local law are applicable.
By usage of this platform or by sending emails, data or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDER
Furnlane India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Furnlane is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Furnlane Retail policy, or for any other reason.
TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Inspect your order; do not accept an order if the box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
- Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
- Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be specially ordered.
- Items that are in transit thru states requiring special entry permits or other taxes such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
DELAYS IN SHIPPING
On event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by FURNLANE team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
- Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is Air Courier. You may expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
- Ground Shipping: Heavy items are shipped by ground service. You may expect to receive your order within 5-6 business days from the date of shipment.
- Products with an 'International' label are imported from outside India and are delivered in 10-15 business days
IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME
If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. In the event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbour, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGEDCheck the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If on any basis you are unable to reject or accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement.
